Thanky you for these very helpful posts, when I’m depressed and have anxiety of late these cards have helped me a lot especially after being assaulted on Hamilton island by a very drunk women who got off the courtesy bus as I got off and ran towards me and punched me in the side of my head causing me to fall and hit my head and was unconscious for seconds, it was the worst thing to have happened on my little bday get away that my family had shouted me! She has been charged but it has left me feeling very worried and I’m not coping like I used too!!! I can’t believe there are people out there that think that’s ok to king hit someone especially when you don’t see it coming!
