I can so empathise with Jo as my ex husband who was physically emotionall mentally abuse got custody of our only child 6yrs ago! Due to me having a ‘breakdown’!!! My Son was only 6yrs old! He was my life! The Grief n Loss has taken me to Rock Bottom over the yrs resporting to binge drinking,destructive behaviour! I Survived a very serious suicide attempt back 5yrs ago! So Im Blessed for that!!! Ive been up again my ex n his Evil parents especially ex mother inlaw who replaced me! The time as created an emotional detactment now between my Son n I….It ‘Broke My Heart’ I find it very difficult to move on n create a future for myself! I agree with Niti …. Readings say to stay positive and all thd above .,,, but I’m still grieving the loss if my kids because of lies from their father . My kids grieve for me ! It was an injustice by the Judge. My children and I grieve while he and his family gloat on his win and shrugs off our pain .
