This card is a reminder that when we are stressed and anxious, it is difficult if not impossible to hear the voices of our Angels or connect to Divine guidance. If you have been feeling especially stressed or worried about some situation in your life, now is the time to ask your Angels for help with that situation. Try keeping a Gratitude or Blessings journal to help you focus on the good things in your life, which will help reduce your stress levels. Also consider taking up Yoga, spending time meditating, or doing other things to decompress. Inhaling the aroma or Lavender flowers or essential oil is a good place to start!
