This gentle breathing exercise is meant to help calm the nervous system, quiet overthinking, and reconnect you back toward trust within yourself.
This is not about forcing yourself to suddenly “have all the answers.”
This is about creating space within your body and mind so clarity can begin flowing more naturally.
✧ Step 1: Find a Quiet Space
Sit comfortably or lie down somewhere you feel safe and supported.
Relax your shoulders.
Unclench your jaw.
Place one hand over your heart and one hand over your stomach.
Take a moment to simply notice your breathing without trying to change it yet.
✧ Step 2: Begin the Breath Cycle
Slowly inhale through your nose for 4 seconds
Hold gently for 4 seconds
Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6 seconds
Repeat this breathing cycle slowly 5–10 times.
As you exhale, imagine releasing:
- Fear
- Overthinking
- Self-doubt
- Emotional pressure
- The need to control every outcome
✧ Step 3: Visualize Golden Healing Light
As you continue breathing, imagine a warm golden light surrounding your body.
With every inhale, picture this healing light filling your:
- Mind with clarity
- Heart with peace
- Solar plexus with confidence
- Spirit with trust
Allow the light to gently soften any heaviness you have been carrying.
✧ Step 4: Repeat This Gentle Reminder
Quietly repeat:
“I release doubt.
I trust myself more each day.
Clarity is unfolding for me.
I do not need to force what is meant for me.”
✧ Step 5: Return Back Slowly
When you feel ready, slowly bring your awareness back to the room.
Move gently.
Take a sip of water if needed.
Allow yourself to carry this calmer energy throughout your day.
