Archangel Michael-Root Chakra Grounding.

Archangel Michael is known as the protector and warrior of light. His name means 'He who is like God.' Michael provides courage, strength, and protection while helping to cut through fear and negativity. He is often called upon for grounding, clearing energy, and establishing strong spiritual foundations.

The Root Chakra (Muladhara) is located at the base of the spine and is your foundation for feeling safe, secure, and grounded. When balanced, you feel stable, confident, and connected to the earth. This chakra governs your basic needs, survival instincts, and sense of belonging. A healthy root chakra helps you feel present in your body and trust in life's abundance.

Ground yourself in the present moment. You are safe and supported by the earth. Release anxiety and feel your stability. Allow Archangel Michael's protective energy to anchor you firmly to the earth, creating a strong foundation from which you can grow and thrive.

Find a quiet space and stand or sit with your feet flat on the ground. Close your eyes and take three deep breaths. Visualize roots growing from the base of your spine deep into the earth. Feel Michael's blue protective light surrounding you, anchoring you safely. Spend 5-10 minutes in this meditation, breathing deeply and feeling your connection to the earth strengthen with each breath.
